Recipe

1.Dissolve the following in 800ml of distilled H2O.

8g of NaCl, 0.2g of KCl
3g of Tris base

2.Add 0.015g of phenol red.

3.Adjust the pH to 7.4 with HCl.

4.Add distilled H2O to 1L.

5.Sterilize by autoclaving.
