Commonly known as Sabouraud medium, it is a selective medium dedicated to fungi. It is mainly used for the culture of yeasts (e.g., Candida albicans) and molds (e.g., Aspergillus niger), and can inhibit most bacteria (e.g., Escherichia coli).

Instructions for Use:
Weigh 70.1 g of this product and dissolve it completely in 1 L of distilled water under heating and stirring. Dispense the solution, then perform autoclaving at 115°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C, pour into petri dishes, and set aside for later use.

Precautions:
1. Take necessary protective measures when weighing the medium to avoid physical discomfort.
2. The medium shall be stored in a dark and dry place. Tighten the bottle cap immediately after use to prevent moisture absorption and caking.
3. The used medium shall be autoclaved at 121℃ for 30 minutes before disposal.
4. This product is not intended for clinical testing.
