Overview

  3-(N-Morpholino)propanesulfonic acid (MOPS) is a biological buffer reagent commonly used in the preparation of electrophoresis buffers. This Tris/MOPS/SDS Electrophoresis Buffer, produced by our company, is composed of Tris, MOPS, and SDS. It is suitable for Bis-Tris gel electrophoresis systems and maintains a pH of approximately 7.7 at 25°C.
Protocol
  This product is supplied as a 20× concentrated solution. Dilute with distilled or deionized water to 1× working concentration before use.
Precautions
1.Crystallization may occur at low ambient temperatures. This is normal. Dissolve by heating and stirring before dilution and use.
2.Wear a lab coat and disposable gloves for safety.
