Store at -20℃ for up to 1 year in the dark.Precautions
Precautions:
As repeated freeze-thaw may affect the effectiveness of this product, the reconstituted stock solution should be stored in aliquots at -20℃ in the dark. This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.
Instructions for Use:
1.For powders, centrifuge at 2,000-10,000×g for a few seconds before opening the tube to collect the powder at the bottom of the tube. The stock solution kept at low temperature such as 4℃ solidifies and sticks to the tube. In such a case, it can be placed in a water bath at 20-25℃ for a few moments until liquified, then centrifuged at 8,000-12,000×g for 10-30 seconds before use.2.This product is readily soluble in DMSO and slightly soluble in water. For the powder, please prepare a stock solution with an appropriate solvent as required by experiments. This product should be completely dissolved after preparation and dilution before use. To avoid high concentrations of DMSO in the final reaction, the P9739-0.5ml product should be diluted with an appropriate aqueous solvent. A final concentration of 100μM of this substrate in the reaction is generally recommended.3.For the specific use of this product, please refer to the literature or the manual of corresponding assay kits.References: 1.Hunt CE, Turner AJ.
