Deltasonamide 1 strongly reduces proliferation. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. Cell Proliferation AssayCell Line: RTCA of hPDAC cell lines. Concentration: 0.375, 0.75, 1.5, 3, 6, 12 μM. Incubation Time: 60 h.
