Two-color flow cytometric analysis of GITR/CD357 expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells were stained with CD25 Rat mAb (PE) (Ab179011) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (APC) (Ab180313; Left panel) or GITR/CD357 Rat mAb (APC) (Ab190293; Right panel) at 1 μg/mL. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
