This PCR Buffer Set includes three 10X PCR Buffers that can be used directly (some contain PCR enhancers) as well as a 10X PCR Buffer (without Mg2+ nor PCR enhancers) for users to optimize the concentration of magnesium in PCR reactions, providing convenience for users to determine the best PCR buffer for a specific PCR reaction.This product is compatible with a variety of commonly used heat-resistant DNA polymerases, such as Taq DNA polymerase and Pfu DNA polymerase.Additional magnesium can be supplemented as required even when the PCR Buffer containing magnesium has been added in the PCR reaction.10X PCR Buffer (with Mg2+)

As PCR reaction is extremely sensitive, any contamination of DNA samples should be avoided. Always set up blank controls without templates.This product is for R&D only. Instructions for Use：

1. Set up PCR reactions with a particular heat-resistant DNA polymerase according to manufacture’s instructions. The PCR buffer in the set can be used directly or after optimizing the concentration of magnesium, within 1-4mM usually.2. Run PCR thermocycling conditions according to manufacture’s instructions of the DNA polymerase.3. Determine the optimal PCR buffer based on the amplification results.
