White Medium adopts an overall low-salt formula with moderate osmotic pressure. It can effectively mitigate physiological stress caused by high-salt surroundings and construct a growth microenvironment more consistent with the natural developmental characteristics of plant roots. Developed a long time ago and verified by extensive long-term scientific research and practical trials, it is a highly recognized classic dedicated basal medium that has been widely used for many years in the field of in vitro plant rooting culture. With a broad spectrum of applicable plant varieties, it fits experiments related to root induction of various salt-sensitive plant materials.

Instructions for Use
1. Preparation and Dissolution: Accurately weigh 21.26 g of this product, add it to 1 L of distilled or deionized water, and stir thoroughly until the powder dissolves completely to prepare a homogeneous medium solution.
2. pH Adjustment (Optional): If pH adjustment is required, finely tune the pH with dilute NaOH or dilute HCl solution before sterilization. The commonly applicable pH range for plant tissue culture is 5.5~5.8, subject to specific experimental protocols. Add the solution dropwise while stirring and monitor the pH in real time to avoid over-adjustment.
3. Sterilization Treatment: Dispense the prepared medium into appropriate culture vessels, then autoclave at 116 °C under high-pressure steam for 30 minutes.
4. Cooling and Application: After sterilization, let the medium cool naturally to room temperature in a clean sterile environment, mix gently, and maintain aseptic technique throughout all operations. The medium is then ready for plant tissue culture experiments.
Precautions:
1. This product is a full inorganic salt medium for plant tissue culture. It is recommended to dissolve the powder in room-temperature water prior to autoclaving; heating for dissolution is not advised. Minor precipitation after sterilization is normal and will not interfere with experimental results.
2. Store the product hermetically sealed at room temperature away from light. The shelf life is 3 years.
3. This product is for research laboratory use only. It is strictly prohibited for medical purposes, clinical diagnosis and treatment, food, cosmetics and other related fields. Do not store it in residential areas.
4. Our company shall not be liable for any accidents or losses arising from improper operation or unauthorized use of this product by users.
