概要

50× TAE Buffer, also known as Tris-Acetate-EDTA Buffer, is a commonly used DNA electrophoresis buffer in molecular biology. The standard composition of 1× TAE working solution is: 40 mM Tris-acetate, 1 mM EDTA.

This product is a 50-fold concentrated solution, primarily containing 2 M Tris-acetate and 50 mM EDTA. For use, dilute 50-fold with distilled or deionized water to obtain a 1× working solution.

This reagent is for research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures or other purposes.

Procedure (For Reference Only)

Dilute the product to a 1× working solution with distilled or deionized water before use.

Notes

1. If the single-use volume is small, it is recommended to aliquot the reagent before use.

2. If a small amount of precipitate appears in the reagent, it usually does not affect usage.

3. Please wear laboratory appropriate attire and disposable gloves during operation.

4. Use the reagent as soon as possible after opening and keep it sealed to avoid affecting experimental results.
