概要

A zwitterionic buffer that exhibits only a very small shift in dissociation constant with respect to temperature. Useful in the pH 5.8-7.3 range. Has a pK_a of 6.50 at 25°C. Suitable for fractionation of hemoglobin.

Absorbance (100 mM, H₂O, 280 nm):≤0.04.
