概要
1,2-ジオレオイル-sn-グリセロ-3-ホスホエタノールアミン（DOPE）共役ポリエチレングリコール、DOPE PEGは、親水性と疎水性を併せ持つ不飽和C18リン脂質PEG共役体です。ペグ化リン脂質は優れたリポソーム形成材料であり、ドラッグデリバリー、遺伝子導入、ワクチンデリバリーにも使用できる。リン脂質のペギル化は、カプセル化された薬物の血液循環時間と安定性を著しく改善する。これらの材料は、抗体やペプチドなどの標的リガンドで表面を修飾することにより、標的薬物送達にも使用できる。
