概要
It is a pale yellow to off-white dry powder obtained by using casein as raw material, followed by digestion, decolorization, filtration, concentration and spray drying. It is readily soluble in water, and its aqueous solution is pale yellow. Casein is a high-nutrition phosphoprotein extracted from milk and a common raw material for producing peptone. The finished product made from this raw material has a relatively complete amino acid profile, especially with a high content of tryptophan. Therefore, it is most suitable for indole production tests and sugar fermentation tests in bacterial biochemical assays.
Directions for Use:
As a culture medium raw material, fully dissolve it and use after sterilization.
