1. Induction of IL-6: The induction process is basically the same as IL-2. The cells used to induce IL-6 production can be PBMC. the inducer is PHA.

2. Determination of biological activity of IL-6: MH60.BSF2 cell proliferation assay was used to determine the process IL-2. The concentration of MH60.BSF2 cells applied was ^2×105/ml.
