Principle
Echinococcus megacephalus belongs to the order Echinodermata of the phylum Echinodermata, and is an occasional parasite of humans. Adults parasitize the small intestine of the final host, and the embryonic eggs are excreted in the feces, and when ingested by beetles such as the golden beetle and the aspergillus, they develop and become infected after being ingested by the final host. It usually matures in 1-3 months.

Porcupine Giant Kissing Echinoderma in its natural state (bottled specimen): Adults are milky white, cylindrical, with obvious transverse stripes on the body surface and a retractable anastomosis at the anterior end. The anastomosis is small spherical with 5-6 rows of barbs. Male 5~10×0.3~0.5 cm. Female 20~65×0.4~1 cm.
