Summary
The mechanism of apoptosis in relation to tumorigenesis is currently thought to have the following possibilities.1. Inactivation of apoptotic genes such as P53, bax, and c-myc is induced at the gene level to inhibit apoptotic gene overexpression.2. Insufficiency of the body's immune response to induce apoptosis in tumor cells.3. Inhibition of apoptosis by host factors such as cell adhesion molecules, and tumor growth factors.4. Pre-cancer cell Incomplete apoptosis mechanism.
