LY2452473 is a selective androgen receptor modulator being developed for the treatment of disorders related to hypogonadism. LY2452473 is absorbed rapidly (time to reach maximum plasma concentration for both LY2452473 and total radioactivity is 2-3 h) and cleared slowly (plasma terminal t 1/2 of 27 h for LY2452473 and 51 h for the total radioactivity) . MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
