Principle of this kit: Multifunctional oxidase (MFO) catalyzes the conversion of p-nitroanisole to p-nitrophenol, which exhibits a characteristic absorption peak at 405 nm. The activity of MFO is determined by measuring the rate of increase in absorbance at this wavelength.
