This product is used for long-term preservation of plasmid DNA with a concentration of more than 1,000 copies/ml. It can be preserved for 12 months at -20℃ and for one week at 2-8℃. It is recommended that molecular diagnostic enterprises use it as raw materials in the preparation of enterprise reference materials and positive quality control. Storage conditions: Plasmid DNA storage solution can be stored for 24 months under dry conditions at room temperature. Operating procedure (1) using DNA preservation solution as diluent to dilute plasmid DNA sample to use concentration, and then packaging and storing. (2) The preserved DNA samples can be directly amplified as qPCR templates.
