This product is potassium caseinate produced from skimmed fresh milk, acid-precipitated curd, or casein products as raw materials, followed by treatment with potassium hydroxide or potassium carbonate and spray drying.
Ingredients: Raw cow's milk or casein, potassium hydroxide.
Product characteristics: Good emulsifying, thickening, and foaming properties, good stability, and protein fortification.

Storage Conditions
The product should be stored off the floor and away from walls in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse equipped with fly-proof, rodent-proof, and dust-proof facilities. Do not store it in the same warehouse as toxic, harmful, corrosive, volatile, or odorous substances. Do not tilt or invert the packages. Do not store outdoors or expose the product to direct sunlight or rain.
