GRADE & PURITYCarrier Free?Carrier-free — supplied without added carrier protein/stabilizer. Use when carriers (e.g. BSA) would interfere with conjugation or sensitive assays. His Tag?His tag grade — recombinant protein bearing a His tag for affinity purification/detection. Use to purify, immobilize, or detect the tagged protein.≥90%(SDS-PAGE)expressed in E. coli; See COA
Carrier Free,His Tag,≥90%(SDS-PAGE),expressed in E. coli; See COA Carrier Free,His Tag for sensitive chromatographic and analytical workflows requiring minimal baseline interference.

生化学的・生理学的メカニズム
CST9 belongs to the CRES (cystatin-related epididymal spermatogenic) subfamily. The CRES (cystatin-related epididymal spermatogenic) protein outlines a new subgroup in the family 2 cystatins of the cystatin superfamily. A few members are active cysteine p

Recombinant Human CST9 Protein (rp188489) - SDS-PAGE
3 μg/lane of Recombinant Human CST9 Protein was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (N) conditions and visualized by Coomassie® Blue staining, showing a band at 15.2 kDa under reducing conditions and 15.2 kDa under non-reducing conditions.
Since CST9 and HCC belong to the same family and should exhibit similar protein properties, and both have been studied concurrently in the context of Klebsiella pneumoniae research, it is reasonable to conclude that the CST9 protein exists in both monomeric and multimeric forms (PMID: 29229643).
