TY Broth Medium is mainly composed of peptone and yeast extract. Peptone provides nitrogen sources and amino acids, while yeast extract supplies vitamins and growth factors. It is an agar-free liquid enrichment medium. This product is widely used for Agrobacterium culture, plant transgenics and related molecular biology research experiments.

Instructions for Use:
Weigh 8.0 g of the product into 990 mL of distilled or deionized water, heat to dissolve, dispense, and autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes. After cooling, add 10 mL of autoclaved 1 mol/L calcium chloride solution, then the medium is ready for use.
Precautions:
1. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes during handling. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
2. This product is for laboratory research only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis.
