50× TAE Buffer, also known as Tris-Acetate-EDTA Buffer, is a commonly used DNA electrophoresis buffer in molecular biology. The standard composition of 1× TAE working solution is: 40 mM Tris-acetate, 1 mM EDTA.
This product is a 50-fold concentrated solution, primarily containing 2 M Tris-acetate and 50 mM EDTA. For use, dilute 50-fold with distilled or deionized water to obtain a 1× working solution.

Dilute the product to a 1× working solution with distilled or deionized water before use.
Notes
If the single-use volume is small, it is recommended to aliquot the reagent before use.
