Hematology Analyzer Counting Method Experiment

Summary

A method of blood cell counting and volumetric determination based on the detection of changes in electrical resistance induced by leukocytes suspended in an electrolyte solution as they pass through a counting well according to the non-conducting nature of the blood cells is known as the resistive antimetry method also known as the Coulter's principle.

Operation method

Hematology Analyzer Counting Method Experiment

Principle

Resistive resistance method: the circuit and current is proportional to the diameter of the counting hole, when the cells pass through the hole, the diameter becomes smaller, the current becomes smaller, the inner electrode will be connected to the capacitor each cell passes through the hole to form a pulse, so as to achieve the purpose of analyzing whole blood.

Materials and Instruments

Blood Cell Dilution Solution Instrument Cleaning Solution Hemolytic Agents

Move

Strictly follow the instrument instructions or operating manual, but the general instrument operating procedures are:

1, the boot program: after boot, the machine rinsing. Background test to check whether the diluent pollution and electromagnetic interference.

2, Determination: aspiration → dilution → mixing → (hemolysis) → counting → discharge waste liquid → cleaning 3, shutdown procedures: cleaning, rinsing, shutdown
