In Vitro
(5E,9E,13E)-Teprenone might transiently activate the transcription of HSP70 gene. The heat shock element–binding activity reflects the activation of heat shock factor 1 in response to (5E,9E,13E)-Teprenone. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
