Overview

Efficacy and Mechanism of Action

Reducing the depth of wrinkles caused by contraction of facial expression muscles, especially a safer, cheaper, mild Botulinum toxin alternative around the forehead and eyes, works locally on wrinkle formation mechanisms in very different ways. In cosmetics formula, such as emulsion, gel, serum and so on, so as to achieve the ideal effect to remove deep wrinkles or wrinkles around the forehead or eyes.

Acetyl octapeptide/wrinkle-resistant oligopeptide is the N-terminal analogue of SNAP-25, which competes for the site of SNAP-25 in the thawing vesicle complex, thus affecting the formation of the complex. If the melting vesicle complex interferes slightly, the vesicles can not release neurotransmitters effectively, thus weakening muscle contraction and preventing wrinkles from forming.

Product Description

SNAP-8 is a mimic of the N-terminal end of SNAP-25 which competes with SNAP-25 for a position in the SNARE complex, thereby modulating its formation.
