Artificial Colonic Fluid is a solution formulated to simulate the composition and pH value of natural colonic fluid. It mainly consists of phosphates, ammonia water and other components. This reagent is exclusively intended for research purposes and not applicable for clinical diagnosis or any other uses.

Precautions

1. Artificial Colonic Fluid is a non-sterile solution. If sterility is required, sterile filtration with a 0.22 μm filter membrane should be carried out.

2. Store Artificial Colonic Fluid in a sealed container. Once opened, it should be used immediately; otherwise, its effectiveness will decrease.

3. Please use the reagent as soon as possible after opening to avoid affecting the results of subsequent experiments.

4. For your safety and health, wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
