BCA (Disodium bicinchoninate) is an orally active and non-competitive Beta-site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme 1 ( BACE1 ) inhibitor with an IC 50 value of 28 µM, a K i value of 43 µM. BCA shows anticancer activity. BCA has the potential for the research of Alzheimer's disease (AD).
