Overview

Raw material is blood collected from healthy male donkeys under a closed system, sterilized via microporous filtration. It appears as pale yellow clear liquid. It is free of bacteriophages, hemolysis, foreign particles, bacteria, fungi, mycoplasmas and chlamydia, with ultra-low endotoxin level.

Intended Use:

It performs excellently in closed experimental systems. Suitable for cell culture, tissue and organ culture, cell line preservation, monoclonal antibody development and vaccine preparation.

Precautions:

Store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Protein precipitation after thawing is a normal phenomenon, which can be removed by centrifugation and will not affect performance. Return to refrigerator immediately after opening.
