Product Introduction:
4 × SDS-PAGE protein loading buffer (dual color) is a protein loading buffer system containing two tracer dyes (blue and pink). It has the function of optimizing protein electrophoresis experimental operation and better quality control. This product not only has the ability to dissociate advanced protein structures in conventional denaturing protein loading buffer, but also can improve the impact of pH changes on proteins during electrophoresis, protecting protein samples from degradation during heating treatment and electrophoresis before SDS-PAGE loading. In addition, pink dye can also monitor the protein translocation process during Western hybridization.
Precautions:
1. This product contains a high concentration of SDS, If there is precipitation, it can be melted at 37°C;
2. This product is only used for scientific research and cannot be used for human experiments or treatments;
3. For your own safety, please take protective measures such as wearing lab coats and gloves before using the reagents."
Instructions for Use:
1. Prepare protein loading samples in a ratio of 1:3, where 1 volume of protein loading buffer is added to 3 volumes of protein sample, and the protein loading buffer and protein sample are mixed.
2. Sample denaturation: Heat the protein sample prepared in step 1 in a boiling water bath for 3-5 minutes.
3. Centrifuge the sample until the protein sample is fully denatured, then cool it to room temperature and centrifuge at less than 3000 rpm for 30 seconds.
4. After centrifugation of electrophoresis sample loading, take an appropriate amount of supernatant with a pipette and directly add it into the SDS-PAGE gel sampling hole.
5. Run electrophoresis to observe electrophoresis until the blue dye reaches near the bottom of the gel, and then stop electrophoresis.
