Do not touch the venom glands on the side of the ears when catching the toad to prevent the venom from being shot into the eyes. Hold the frog in the left hand and press the left ventral and hind limbs with the middle, ring and little fingers, and the right and left forelimbs with the thumb and forefinger, respectively. 1 ). The frog can also be secured to the frog board with fixation nails (Fig. 2 ).
