I. Experimental reagents:

1, ether (AR)

2, Sudan Ⅲ ethanol acetate dye: 5% acetic acid 10 ml. glacial acetic acid 9 ml Sudan Ⅲ powder foam a medicine spoon.

II. Experimental operation

1, take 5-10ml of urine, and 2-3ml of ether, mixing and shaking to make the fat dissolved in ether, and let it stand for a few minutes.
