Tris-Buffered Saline Tween-20 (TBST)

Recipe

1.Dissolve the following in 800ml of distilled H2O

• 8.8 g of NaCl

• 0.2g of KCl

• 3g of Tris base

2.Add 500ul of Tween-20

3.Adjust the pH to 7.4

4.Add distilled H2O to 1L

5.Sterilize by filtration or autoclaving
