GITR/CD357 Rat mAb (PE-Cy7) (Ab190292) - Flow Cytometry Two-color flow cytometric analysis of GITR/CD357 expression on mouse splenocytes. Cells were preincubated with Mouse Fc Receptor Blocking Solution Plus (M1374079). The cells were then stained with CD25 Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab211659) and either Rat IgG (PE-Cy7) (Ab190073; Left panel) or GITR/CD357 Rat mAb (PE-Cy7) (Ab190292; Right panel) at 0.3 μg/test. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
