Panoramica
Lactobacillus Broth Medium is a non-selective liquid enrichment medium. Each liter of the formula contains: Photolyzed peptone 15.0 g (provides nitrogen source, carbon source, and growth factors), tomato extract powder 2.5 g (provides specific growth-promoting factors), glucose 10.0 g (primary carbon and energy source), dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 2.0 g (maintains pH buffering system), and Tween 80 1.0 g (emulsifier and fatty acid source, promotes lactobacillus growth). Final pH adjusted to 6.8 ± 0.2 (25°C).
Preparation method: Weigh 30.5 g of this product in 1 L of distilled or deionized water (the volume may be scaled up or down proportionally), heat gently with stirring until completely dissolved, dispense into suitable containers, autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes, and set aside for use. If inhibitors need to be added after sterilization, they should be added when cooled to approximately 50°C and mixed thoroughly.
