Application

Nafion ™ membrane may be used in the fabrication of electrodes by dry plasma. Nafion ™ is a perfluorinated ion-exchange membrane which has a wide variety of commercial uses. The acidic (hydrogen ion) form and derivatives are solid, superacid catalysts useful in a wide variety of synthetic applications.

Other Notes

Surface that is shiny and smooth must be installed facing the cathode; otherwise the membrane may be irreversibly damaged upon use.
