Description

Stable solution in PBS. Miscible and stable in common buffers, serum and blood.Store in dark at 4°C.Suitable excitation wavelengths: 785 nm, 808 nm.Emission: 900-1400 nm, peak ~ 1050 nm.Quantum yield (QY) ~2% based on 0.5% QY of IR26 in 1,2 dichloroethane under 808 nm excitation. Quantum yield is ~4X of common Hipco single walled carbon nanotubes.For in vivo imaging (e.g., vessels), inject ~100-150 μg in ~200 μL solution for a typical nude mouse but the dose can be varied.Circulation half time of the dye is about 1 hour.}
