Description

Particles can be used as carriers by attaching drug or biological/chemical entities to particle surface. PLGA particles are used for controlled release, sustained release and targeted drug delivery.A study reports the use of PLGA nanoparticles as estrogen carriers. The carrier-drug system was prepared by emulsification-diffusion method.
