Precision diagnosis and efficient treatment of tumors have long been challenges and research focal points in the medical field. The design and preparation of nanotheranostic agents that integrate diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment functions while maintaining good biosafety constitute the material foundation for achieving precision tumor therapy. Prussian blue, as an ancient dye, is a detoxifying agent approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for clinical treatment of poisoning from radioactive elements such as thallium. Prussian blue nanoparticles (PBNPs) possess a stable chemical structure and exhibit excellent physical, chemical, optical, and magnetic properties. Additionally, due to their favorable photothermal conversion performance, they have garnered significant research attention in recent years for applications in drug delivery, tumor photoacoustic imaging, and photothermal therapy.
Aladdin offers high-quality PVP-modified Prussian blue nanoparticles, which are low-toxicity, safe, environmentally friendly, and feature excellent dispersibility and stability. They can be used in anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, tumor photothermal therapy, magnetic resonance imaging, and thallium detoxification applications.

Application Performance
Use of PVP-Modified Prussian Blue Nanoparticles in Antioxidant Experiments
Experimental results have demonstrated that PBNPs can protect cells from free radical damage induced by culture conditions such as UVA radiation, diallyl trisulfide (DATS), lipopolysaccharide (LPS), phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA), and high glucose. Additionally, they can protect hippocampal neurons from damage during oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD) and reoxygenation, suggesting that PBNPs are a potential protective agent against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Using an animal model of hepatitis induced by LPS, it was verified that PBNPs accumulate in the liver and spleen of mice and effectively protect the mouse liver from LPS-induced inflammation.
