GRADE & PURITYBioactive?Bioactive grade — verified to retain biological activity in functional assays. Use when the molecule must be functionally active, not just pure.Recombinant?Recombinant — produced via recombinant expression for defined sequence and consistency. Use for reproducible, animal-free proteins of known origin.Suitable for molecular biology?Molecular-biology grade — free of nucleases and contaminants that degrade DNA/RNA. Use in cloning, PCR, and nucleic-acid work needing clean reagents.EnzymoPure™?EnzymoPure™ — Aladdin's line of high-quality enzymatic solutions. Use when enzyme purity and defined activity drive assay or process performance.≥10 U/μl

TelN Protelomerase, whose Chinese name is TelN Prokaryotic telomerase, is cloned from phage N15, which cuts dsDNA at the recognition site TelRL (56bp), The TelRL site consists of a palindromic sequence TelO in the middle and a palindromic sequence R3 and L3 at both ends of 14bp (Fig.1), and leaves a covalently closed end at the cleavage site, thus effectively converting circular DNA into linear DNA with hairpin ends (Fig.2). Source E.coli Enzyme Activity Definition The amount of enzyme required to completely cut 0.5 μg linearized pMiniT-TelN control plasmid (313 fmol TelN recognition site) for 30 min in a 50 μl system at 30°C was defined as 1 unit of activity (U). Definizione dell'unità
One unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme required to completely digest 0.5 μg of BsaI-linearized pMiniT-TelN control plasmid (containing 313 fmol TelN recognition site(s)) in a 50 μL reaction mixture after incubation at 30 °C for 30 min.
