Overview

Diluted to the working concentration for gel electrophoresis. Tbe electrophoresis solution is the most commonly used buffer for DNA and RNA polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Tbe is used for non denaturing or denaturing (7m urea) gel. It is also commonly used in DNA self sequencing gel. Tbe can be used for agarose gel, but it is not recommended to be used for preparing gel for recovering nucleic acid. Dilute TBE storage concentrated solution to 1 × TBE electrophoresis buffer, the buffer generated contains 89mM Tris boric acid and 2mM EDTA, pH8.3. 5X or 10X storage solution can also be added with acrylamide/methylene bisacrylamide storage solution to make PAGE glue. In order to achieve the maximum resolution, the recommended voltage is less than 5V/cm (distance between electrode units). Applicability principle Preparation instructions: Trizma base (product code T6066), molecular biology reagent boric acid (product code B6768) and EDTA disodium salt (product code E5134) certified by biotechnology performance are used for preparation. Resuspend and dissolve in the specified amount of water to obtain 5 ×  Concentrate (0.445M Tris boric acid, 10mM EDTA, pH 8.3)
