Principle
With eosinophil diluent, blood is quantitatively diluted and red blood cells and most other white blood cells are destroyed to color the eosinophil rice granules, which are dropped into a counting chamber; the number of eosinophils within a certain range is counted and then calculated as the number of eosinophils per liter of blood

l, Hillkelmar 2, ethanol a eosin dilution solution
Eosin 0.2g φ = 0.95 ethanol 30mL
95% phenol 0.5mL Potassium carbonate 1.0g
40% formaldehyde 0.5mL Glycerol 10mL
Distilled water Add to 100ul 20g/L Eosin 10mL
Sodium citrate 0.5g
Distilled water Add to 100mL

IV. Experimental operation:
l, in a small test tube dilution 0.38mL.
2, take the capillary blood 20ul to join the tube after complete dissolution of red blood cells, drop into the counting cell. Standing 3-5min, with low magnification counting two counting chamber in 10 large square eosinophils number V. Calculation: eosinophils / L = 1O large square eosinophils × 20 × 106 normal reference value: 0.05-0.5 × 109 / L
