What happens after you apply?

After you submit the form, your application is reviewed by Aladdin Scientific; most applications are reviewed within one business day during regional working hours , and you cannot sign in until the review is complete. You will know the account is active when you receive the activation email.

1. Under review. If your email address is a public email address.Your application has the status Pending Approval. Our team checks that the institution exists, that the email domain belongs to it and that the shipping address is institutional. We may contact you if a detail is missing; eligibility questions can be sent to [email protected] at any time.

2. Activation email. When the account is approved, the registrant receives an email from Aladdin Scientific confirming that the account is active, You may click Forgot your password? on the signin page and set your password via the link received in the email.with a link to set a password. The link is valid for a limited time ; if it has expired, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page to request a new one with the same email address.

3. Set your password. Choose a password of at least eight characters using at least three of the four character types (lowercase, uppercase, numbers, special characters).

4. First sign-in. Sign in at https://www.aladdinsci.com/us_en/customer/account/login/ with your work email and the new password. As the company administrator you will see the Company/Institution section in the left-hand menu of My Account: Profile, Credit, Structure, Users, and Roles and Permissions. Institution pricing, COA and SDS downloads from order history, quote requests and PO checkout are available straight away.

If your application is declined. You will receive an email explaining the decision . The credentials used for the application cannot be used to sign in. If you believe the decision was made in error — for example, your institution uses an unusual email domain — reply to the email or write to [email protected] with evidence of your affiliation.

If you have not heard back. Check your spam folder for mail from Aladdin, then contact [email protected]. quoting the institution name and the email you registered with. Do not submit a second application; duplicates slow the review.
