EMSA, also known as Gel Shift Assay, is a commonly used method for studying protein-DNA interactions to detect the activation level of transcription factors in cells. This product can be used for sample loading in EMSA.This product contains bromophenol blue, which may interfere with the binding of transcription factors to specific double-stranded oligonucleotides. Under such circumstance, the EMSA/Gel-Shift Loading Buffer (colorless, 10X) without bromophenol blue can be used.This product is sufficient for 200 EMSA loadings.

Instructions for Use：

Add 1μl of EMSA/Gel-Shift loading buffer (Blue, 10X) to 9μl of EMSA reaction, mix well, and load the mixture immediately on a gel.
