15 mg/ml D-Luciferin, Free Acid Stock Solution

Instructions

1. For a 15 mg/ml solution, begin by adding 233.36 mg potassium bicarbonate or 195.82 mg sodium bicarbonate to 66.6 ml sterile water.

2. Add 1.0 grams of D-Luciferin (Aladdin Catalog # D115508) into solution.

3. Gently mix by inversion until fully dissolved.

4. Aliquot into tubes.

5. Freeze solution at -80˚C (Good for up to 1 year).
