General Broth Medium is a fundamental core consumable for enrichment culture, resuscitation and subculture, as well as biochemical tests of various bacteria. Preparation Method:
Weigh 30.0 g of the product and dissolve in 1 L of distilled water. Heat to boiling until fully dissolved, dispense into containers, autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes, and set aside for use.
