Selective COX-2 inhibitor. Suppresses adipogenesis and promotes lipolysis. Inhibits antigen-induced β-hexosaminidase release (IC 50 = 24 μM). Suppresses PPARγ1 and PPARγ2 expression. Shows antifungal effects in vivo.
