Overview
Aladdin's 30 NR-D transparent titanium dioxide slurry can produce 6-7 μ M of the thickness of the sintered film. Aladdin's 30 NR-D transparent titanium dioxide slurry has highly dispersed and stable anatase nanoparticles. It is optimized for screen printing using synthetic 43T screen (or similar). After drying, the paste must be fired at 500 ° C or above. This will produce a transparent sintered layer. When 43T screen is used, the film thickness of one printed layer is about 6-7 μ m. The film thickness of two printing layers is about 12 μ m。 The slurry has the best rheological properties, can provide good surface uniformity, and contains specially prepared organic adhesives, which can provide multi-functional porosity for various dye/electrolyte systems.
