Degrease, remove sinew fresh minced beef 50g, add 100ml of water, stir well, put in the refrigerator overnight, take out and boil for 30 minutes, filter with gauze, make up the amount of water to 100ml, that is, the beef dip. Add peptone 1g, sodium chloride 0.5g, heat to dissolve. Adjust the PH value to 7.6, boil for 10 minutes, filter, split, autoclave standby.
