Experimental chemiluminescent detection of digoxin-labeled probes
·Reviewed·Published ·Updated ·8 min read
Summary
The digoxin system is over provided as another non-isotopic labeling method, which is detected by coupling an anti-digoxin antibody to one or more fluorescent dyes or enzymes, or by indirect immunofluorescence.
Operation method
chemiluminescence
Materials and Instruments
DNA antibodies
Move
1. Hybridization of a digoxin-labeled probe with a positively charged nylon membrane imprinted with DNA or RNA.2. Confinement and conjugation antibodies according to the manufacturer's recommended conditions.
3. Expose the radiograph for approximately 20 min.
