ln which medium are the liposomes suspended?
our liposomal formulations (i.e. clodronate liposomes, control liposomes and fluorescent DiI liposomes) are suspended in sterile phosphate buffered saline (PBS): 10 mM Na2HPO4, 10 mM NaH2PO4, >140 mM NaCl.
